Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld.
aeowin does not knowingly permit individuals under the age of 21 to register or use the Platform. If we discover that a player is underage, the account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned where possible, and any winnings will be forfeited.
To access the full range of aeowin services, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the aeowin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. aeowin uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aeowin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. aeowin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify aeowin immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
aeowin is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension.
aeowin accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. aeowin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. aeowin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be approved once all applicable wagering requirements have been met and KYC verification is complete. All transactions on the aeowin Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aeowin is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. aeowin reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Where bonus abuse is detected, aeowin reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings, and suspend or close the account.
aeowin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may be withdrawn from players whose playing patterns are inconsistent with recreational gaming.
All games available on the aeowin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aeowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any content obtained from the Platform; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
aeowin makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Technical issues, including server downtime, network failures, or software malfunctions, may occur from time to time. aeowin will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly but shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result.
In no event shall aeowin's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your aeowin account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. aeowin will process any pending withdrawals for legitimate balances, subject to completion of all verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to aeowin. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aeowin support. Voluntary closures are subject to a cooling-off period during which the account remains accessible but no new deposits can be made.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
